This 9-hole Spanish Cup, now in its eighth edition, is specially designed for those who do not have enough time to play a full round and attend to family commitments at the same time.

Also, for those golfers who are starting out and feel more comfortable playing 9 holes. Likewise, this allows to rescue golfers who do not have time to play 18 holes during the weekend, and they had given up to the competition and the opportunity to improve their handicap.

It has been also created with the aim of spreading the concept of “Golf is Health” as a sport scientifically recognized as beneficial, as well as offering sustainable alternatives without losing intensity and competitiveness.

In these competitions, golfers can choose in a single day of competition the tee time by registering with the club. This 9-hole Spanish Cup, promoted by the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, has the support of the Autonomous Federations, joined by the Association of Journalists and Informers APEI and numerous companies that support its format.
